Architectural Technician

We are currently looking for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established Architectural and Design company based in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to progress within an award-winning company.

This company specialise within Hospitality so it is essential that the successful Architectural Technician has experience within this sector. The successful Architectural Technician will also be working with AutoCAD so it is also essential that the candidate is proficient with AutoCAD and to also have some knowledge of SketchUP.

Architectural Technician Position Overview

• Architectural technician to join an Architectural and Design company based in Worthing
• Completing hospitality projects nationwide
• Production of tender and construction packages- includes Drawings, Schedules and Specifications
• Analysing and reporting of projects to clients
• Site inspections
• Coordinating work
• Provide support to all staff who may need assistance

Architectural Technician Position Requirements

• Experience working in a similar position
• Outstanding attention to detail when producing and reviewing technical drawings for a range of applications.
• Minimum 3 years' experience is essential
• Use of AutoCAD software (we already have an in-house 3D Visualiser)
• Technical building construction knowledge essential and to be able to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
• Commutable distance to Worthing
• Up to date with UK building regulations

Architectural Technician Position Remuneration

• Salary; �30k - �35k (DOE)
• Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays
• Pension
