Job Title: Architectural Technician (6-Month Contract)

Daily rate: �240-�280

Join a dynamic team at a leading construction design company based in Bolton. We specialize in a variety of projects, with a primary focus on fire service, leisure, and school developments ranging from �500k to �5m in value.

Position Overview: As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in our project teams, working on diverse assignments within the fire service, leisure, and school sectors. This is a 6-month initial contract position based in our Bolton office, offering the chance to collaborate with talented professionals and make a significant impact on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.


• Provide technical support in the design and planning phases of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.


• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure the accuracy and quality of construction work.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician in construction design projects.


• Proficiency in REVIT and other relevant design software.


• Strong understanding of building regulations and construction processes.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.


• Relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related field.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Flexibility to adapt to project requirements.

• Working Days: 5 days per week
