A well reputable company is requiring an ambitious qualified Architect to join them and assist the leading of residential projects, heading up the design and develop the existing role to really make it their own and take it to the next level.You will find yourself working on and delivering high end residential projects, winning and securing new clients, leading a small time through all stages and working closely with the planning team. Role and responsibilities:Project delivery through all RIBA stagesWorking knowledge of delivering complex projectsProficiency in AutoCADTechnical experience RIBA Stages 3 / 4 and 5 on site experience Managing and developmentLeading and managing a teamExcellent communication and delegation skills
