An award winning architectural firm based in Glasgow, is currently seeking a talented and experienced technically competent Architect to join their dynamic team. With a rich history of delivering exceptional architectural designs, our client is dedicated to creating innovative and functional spaces that positively impact the healthcare industry.They have been held in high regard in recent years for their office culture, diversity and commitment to charity.The RoleOffers excellent career progression and we are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, driven and willing to contribute to the long term success and development of the architectural team.Responsible for providing guidance on design and technical issues.Develop designs, to ensure an exemplary solution is delivered that meets quality parameters, project timelines and budgetary requirements.Coordinates design intent with other disciplines.Integrates engineering requirements, site surveys and field review information, adhering to applicable codes and jurisdictional requirements.Prepares design reports, drawings and models following office standards.Performs site visitations to determine compliance with construction documents; identifies any deviations and liaises with owner and contractor to resolve issues in a timely manner.Reviews project products, services, and shop drawings to ensure adherence to project documents, relevant jurisdictional codes and corporate quality controls.Qualifications/ExperienceARB registered Architect.Experience in the Health sector is key.Experience in designing and running your own jobs.A strong team player willing to participate in business growth by maximising opportunities and being willing and able to support junior members.Knowledge of Scottish and English Building regulations would be beneficial.The Benefits33 days holidayLife assuranceProfessional memberships paid.Profit bonusFlexitime and flexible working (3 days office, 2 home) Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
