We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect with a passion for heritage projects to join a thriving practice in Leeds. The practice has a strong focus on sustainable design across the Heritage, Community, Faith and Education sectors and their friendly team strive to create innovative solutions.

To be successful in this role you should have sufficient post Part 3 experience and have ideally worked across all RIBA stages. You should have exceptional technical abilities and strong design skills. Refit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Professionally qualified and ARB registered
• Sufficient post Part 3 experience
• Work across all RIBA stages
• Previous experience working on Heritage projects is beneficial
• Design building projects in accordance to current UK guidelines
• Manage heritage projects through planning applications and building regulations
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams on small to medium sized projects with the support of senior colleagues
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
