Salary: In the region of �32,000 (dependant on experience)

We are looking for a passionate Architect with an attention to detail to join a thriving RIBA chartered practice in Chester. The knowledgeable team creates innovative and sustainable designs for a range of Residential, Educational and Commercial projects whilst ensuring a smooth process from concept of design to completion.

To be successful in this role, you must have post Part 3 experience and boast creative design skills and strong technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Several years industry experience
• ARB registered Architect
• Managing projects throughout all RIBA stages
• Monitoring budgets and resources
• Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative design and technical detailing abilities
