Architect Job in Petersfield, Hampshire

This design focused practice now has an Architect job available. The role would suit a Recently Qualified Architect or an Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant and would offer the chance to work within a creative studio environment.

Based in the Hampshire countryside with close motorway and rail links, the office is made up of approximately 30 people. Their portfolio of work includes all scales of residential/housing, education, community, conservation/listed buildings, master planning and urban design, with high-quality design being the focus across all sectors of work.

Due to current workload they have the opportunity for an Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or Recently Qualified Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Working with a Project Runner
• Working across all project stages
• Production of planning and technical drawing packages
• Using ArchiCAD on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• Part II Qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• A good knowledge of UK building regulations
• Exceptional design and communication skills
• The ability to work well in a team
• Experience in using ArchiCAD would be highly beneficial.
