Key Responsibilities of Arabic Speaking Reservations Advisor
Provide exemplary service, catering to all client booking needs.
Communicate fluently in French, Italian, or Arabic, ensuring personalized interactions.
Understand client preferences and seize upselling opportunities.
Foster strong client relationships verbally and in writing.
Maintain a comprehensive client database with confidentiality and professionalism.
Attend and actively contribute to company training sessions.
Uphold and promote brand values at all times.
Ensure seamless handover of information and coordinate additional services to the highest standards.
Requirements of the Arabic Speaking Reservations Advisor:
Excellent English communication skills.
Bilingual level of Arabic
Previous experience in luxury customer service or sales.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Collaborative mindset and strong time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel software is advantageous.
Availability for flexible shift work, including weekends.
