What will you be doing?
As an Apprenticeship Operations Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
Maintain a high level of customer service ensuring the customer receives an excellent standard of service at all times.
Enter and process assessment data on various IT systems and platforms to help ensure that assessments are managed in the most efficient way.
At all times ensure the accuracy of data in the EPA CRM and Rubric systems are completed in line with the requirements of the apprenticeship regulators.
Contribute to reviews of systems, processes and procedures, to ensure that assessments are delivered in an efficient and high-quality manner.
To support assessment activities including the provision of administrative support for the delivery of End Point Assessments, to help to ensure that high quality educational and assessment products are delivered to meet customer service level agreements.
About you...
The successful candidate will need to meet the following essential criteria:
Educated to Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy.
At least 2 years experience working in an administrative role.
Experience working with CRMs and bespoke databases.
Experience working with sensitive data following Data Protection
and the GDPR.
Experience of supporting project teams, committees or working
groups.
Attention to detail including proofreading.
Competent ICT user including Microsoft office products.
