Seeking an experienced Apprenticeship leader with a proven track record of overseeing successful and quality driven Apprenticeship provision.
Overview:
Working for leading FE College, you will manage a team and coordinate first class Apprenticeship delivery across a range of sector areas, including Business, Accounting, Management, Education, Early Years Construction and Engineering.
A typical week:
Lead delivery, quality & BD teams
Meet ESFA & Ofsted targets/requirements
Internal & external stakeholder engagement
Support SAR & QIP
You'll need the following for this role:
2 years Apprenticeship management experience
Confident & engaging leader
Assessor, IQA or Teaching qualification
Confident with EFSA & Ofsted requirements
