£28,000-£32,000 dependant on experience

Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently working in partnership alongside a fantastic training provider who deliver apprenticeship programmes within Financial and Insurance Services. They are rated as Good by Ofsted, and due to a period of growth they are now looking to bring on an Apprenticeship Assessor. Working alongside the delivery team, the Assessor with work directly with learners in order to guide them towards End Point Assessment. The role is purely remote, so all engagement with learners with be via Teams.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Assessor
Build relationships with learners, in order to support their progression through to End Point Assessment
Work in collaboration with the tutor
Understand learning styles and adapt processes for each learner
Set, mark and assess work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
