We are offering an exceptional opportunity for motivated early careers individuals to join our Apprentice Scheme as a Business Support Administrator. You will have the opportunity to learn about our core commercial business areas, learning on the job (whilst you earn!) and will be supported by Petroc college training.
The Apprentice Scheme will cover a variety of rotations around different departments to include: Business Development, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources/Recruitment and Supply Chain to learn how our business operates. This will provide you with a good knowledge grounding to then progress your career in any one of these specialist business areas.
You will also be supported by a Mentor and Buddy during your time on the scheme to assist with your overall learning and development.

What youll be doing:
You will be providing general business administration support to different departments learning how each one operates. Tasks include: Creating and typing up documents on Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Helping to update internal systems, BMS, Sharepoint
Responding to and sending emails, setting up meetings via Outlook
Filing
Photocopying
Attending meetings and providing updates
Speaking to internal and external customers
You will bring:
You are a team player, helpful and respectful of others
You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
You are motivated and wish to develop your skills

The skills you need : Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
Microsoft Outlook emails
Able to work through a variety of tasks
A good telephone manner
A bonus, if you have used Microsoft Teams previously
