The successful applicant will learn everything they need to know to become a successful Recruitment Consultant and if it is your chosen career path, move into management

As an Apprentice/Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be provided with on-going training and development to help you become a highly trained sales professional. You will learn all the techniques to maximise your earnings.

The Sales Person/Recruitment Consultant will, have the opportunity to move into either Contract or Permanent recruitment within a variety of sectors; Utilities, facilities maintenance, HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical

You will work in a small. friendly environment, grow with the company and be given the opportunity to move into management, where you will learn skills on management and leadership.

Work life balance is incredibly important at Tech-People, so to support this ethos our office hours are, 8.30am-3.00pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am-1.00pm on Friday.
