Tech-People is a sector specialist recruitment agency that has grown significantly in the last year. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice/Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be part of our expanding company, with opportunities for swift progression.

We have an experienced and successful management team with a track record of producing high performing sales recruitment consultants.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Apprentice/Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for

• Prospecting new and existing clients
• Using the internet, e-mails and job boards to source leads and candidates.
• Identifying and sourcing candidate.
• Building business relationships with prospective customers.
• Managing your day

You will given full and extensive 1-2-1 training to enable you to become the very best that you can be.

There is a real family atmosphere within the company and the working hours help foster a work life balance. Office hours are 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 1.00pm on Friday.
