Join our Business Support Shared Services Team as our new Apprentice Document Controller and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Apprentice Document Controller you will be fully supported as you study towards Level 3 in Business Administration (18 months). You will also be working closely with our Business Support Shared Service team to provide them support as you continue on through your studies.Your key responsibilities will be:Distribution of documents on external sites in workflows and transmittals.Working with a project team to ensure documents are issued to client deadlinesRun reports to check for workflows, RFI, QA rejected documents, drawing comments etcQA checking documents to ensure compliant with project protocols and numbering conventionUpdate TIDPs and trackers with up-to-date informationProject set up for document control and roll outSetting up new users on projects with correct accessSetting up distribution listsLiaising with team to plan and resourceBuild internal and external relationships effectivelyWork well in a fast-paced environmentAbility to highlight and implement any process improvementsProject closedown and archivingAct as the main point of contact for a designated projectTrain engineers on document management software so they can find project information and understand how a project is run by the client.Your new teamStudying through the apprenticeship levy, we invite you to join us as part of our Administration Shared Services Team for the UK.
