They report to the Internal Communications Manager but support and work with the wider team in achieving our goals for the organisation.Key Activities:Support the auditing and maintenance of our intranet Oversee team inboxes to ensure everyone is always informed and reacting quicklyDraft posts and stories for the Trust IntranetSupport the continuous improvement of our internal communications. Support the Influencing Service Team to ensure its success in an important yearSupport the Comms team’s extensive continuous action log to ensure the team delivers for the Trust across the whole of the internal and external communications landscape. Support the company wide communications plan, ensuring that all comms are well timed and don’t cross over.Learn about internal and external communications. Learn about business processes and will have the opportunity to create new ones.
