About the role:
The Apprentice Business Coordinator role links the production and customer elements of The Racing Partnership channel, supporting the distribution of running orders internally and externally as well as coordinating and reporting on all Voice-over roles as well as assisting with customer communication and technical matters. You will work in our busy Head office environment alongside undertaking a fully funded apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration with Racing through our partner Haddon Training.
Key duties of your role will include;
Collating and distributing race times for channel material
Creating Voice-over rosters
Approval and notification of freelance invoices
Booking of race feeds
Administration of TRP and ARC communications with customers
About you;
You will have the ability to communicate verbally, over the phone and by video call and in writing, by email and letter
You will have the ability to work under pressure with good organisational skills
Any interest in Horseracing/Sport would be an advantage (but is not essential)
You will demonstrate a positive attitude and be keen to learn
