Overview of Role: As an Applications Engineer (AE), you'll be the bridge between engineering, sales, operations, and customer service. Your role demands strong communication skills, protection and control engineering expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments. You'll excel in customer-facing tasks while maintaining attention to detail in analytical tasks.
Key Objectives:
Build trust as a power system protection applications consultant for internal and external customers.
Offer pre-sales technical support and guidance on all protection and control applications of our unique technology.
Enhance customer relationships through active participation in technical discussions and negotiations.
