An established Lloyd's Market insurer are looking to hire an Application Support Manager that can oversee the Application Support team that support a wide range of insurance based products that are either from third party vendors or have been built in-house.

As the Application Support Manager, you will need to have experience using applications such as Guidewire, Eclipse and other insurance applications and be able to manage the vendor support teams as well as the in-house support team. You will have been able to oversee and support the team when incidents occur and be a pragmatic solutions based operator. Coming from a specialty insurance background you will have an understanding of dealing with internal customers, training and supporting the members of your team.

Skills:

• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Solutions focused operator.
• 3rd line support experience using SQL.
• Vendor management.
• Lloyd's / London Markets experience.
