We are currently looking for an Application Support Engineer to join an established SAAS company as part of their IT and product team.
Offering up to £30K and hybrid working (3 days per week on-site in the Warrington area), this is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to grow within a company.
The Application Support Engineer role will suit someone with an ambitious attitude who is confident communicating directly with customers. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be working closely with both the IT support team and Product management team to appropriately troubleshoot and proactively tackle any client issues with the app.
Day to day you will be:
Providing 1st and 2nd line support
Identifying ongoing issue trends
Assist with new release testing
Reporting on and summarising high-level risks
Application Support Engineer essential requirements:
Experience in IT support/customer service or similar
Experience working with a help desk system (ideally Zendesk)
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving mentality
Application Support Engineer beneficial skills:
Experience with JSON coding language
MySQL knowledge
This role would suit an outgoing individual who enjoys quick thinking and being a key point of contact! Full training will be provided on the company's bespoke technologies.
