The Role
We are hiring for an Application Support Analyst to join an IT department in a rapidly growing, award-winning technology and investment business. The business strength lies in seamlessly integrating discretionary investment management, platform services, and intuitive technology.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will support the internally developed financial platforms and associated applications. You will manage support requests from various internal sources and liaise with business users, product owners, business analysts, and developers to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with a wide range of technical and non-technical teams.
Ensuring a high-quality and timely response to support requests.
Distributing and elevating issues across multiple teams.
Contributing to the knowledge base to facilitate repeatability of service.
Documenting processes and procedures.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in a customer or technical support role.
Experience using SQL is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
An interest in building a broad range of experience in financial technology products.
Knowledge of financial services.
