Application Support Analyst - D365 CRM

We are currently seeking an Application Support Specialist for a 3-month initial contract with a leading global retail brand, starting immediately in Central London (hybrid).The ideal candidate will have strong CRM experience with MS Dynamics 365 and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Responsibilities include:Managing the day-to-day delivery and support of applications/projects.Taking ownership of the CRM system - MS Dynamics 365 (Essential).Providing application configuration and maintenance for various business systems, including support, testing, and training.Identifying and proposing system changes, enhancements, and developments.Creating and maintaining project documentation.Serving as a reference for the Service Desk/Technical Support Team.Producing reports for different project/application stages.Building and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders.Experience required:3+ years in an Application Support role.Demonstrable experience with MS Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service modules) is essential - please only apply if you have demonstrable experience of D365.ITIL knowledge/certification.Experience in CRM maintenance and support.ServiceNow administration skills.Please let me know if you are interested.
