Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Provide first and second-level support for our financial services clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction.
Customer Onboarding:
Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
Process Management:
Understand and adapt to evolving support processes, reacting swiftly to changes and ensuring best practices are followed.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Utilize strong Unix/Linux skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Automation:
Use common scripting languages to automate routine tasks and integrate with existing frameworks.
Financial Services Expertise:
Leverage your knowledge of market data and order entry to support our clients effectively.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
