About our Team As a Software Engineering Lead you will be leading and liaising with dynamic , passionate cross functional teams, where collaboration as a team is key. About the Role As the Software Engineering Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of software developers. Responsibilities Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.Working closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.Mentoring and/or train entry-level software engineers as directed by department management.Managing and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovationsServing as the initial point of escalation for software development issues within specific area of responsibilityRequirements Have experience of
Apigee Skills essential (or Amazon API G/W, Kong, 3Scale) Be able to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needsBe able to demonstrate proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques.Be able to collaborate, support and drive team members to deliver on results, providing technical and professional guidanceBe able to design and work with complex data models.
