Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Large housing provider in the Northamptonshire area are looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their tenancy compliance team for a contract of up to 12 months.

- 37 hours per week
- 2 days office / 3 remote
- Contract until June 2025
- £20 - £25 an hour

Purpose of the role:
To assist in the development and implementation of strategies to resolve issues relating to tenancy disputes, breaches of tenancy conditions, nuisance and anti-social behaviour, hate crimes and domestic violence in relation to all tenure types.
 To fully consider all available options and sanctions to resolve tenancy breaches, to instigate appropriate action to enforce tenancy conditions and intervention to encourage tenancy sustainment.
