Our team is actively seeking a full-time Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer for a social housing provider within the North Yorkshire region. This role will focus on working with the housing team and other departments to ensure ASB's are effectively managed.
Anti-Social Behaviour Officer Responsibilities:
To take responsibility of the control and organisation of how to respond to ASB in line with policies and procedures.
Effectively develop partnership with agencies to tackle and resolve ongoing issues caused by ASB.
Develop and implement an approach which minimises the number of ASB cases.
Lead the preparation of cases for legal action, including preparing witness statements and appearing in court.
Anti-Social Behaviour Officer Essential Experience:
Demonstrate experience and knowledge working within social housing and managing ASB.
An understanding of performance management and how these impacts on service delivery.
Experience providing excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and managers.
