Lead the development and chemical synthesis of modified oligonucleotides
Evaluate the purity and structural integrity of newly synthesised oligonucleotides via purification techniques
Collaborate closely with molecular biologists and AI experts to design biochemical assays
Generate libraries of therapeutic RNA
Requirements:
Hands on experience of synthesizing oligonucleotides
Expertise in characterisation and purification by LCMS and HPLC
Strong analytical expertise
PhD or equivalent organic chemistry
