In this role, you will work with Consultants to provide research and assistance on assignments.What You Will DoAs the Analyst, your day-to-day will consist of research and execution of briefs given by clients, alongside database management and close client contact.Work on projects from start to finish assisting with mapping, sourcing, and shortlisting suitable candidatesIdentify and map target teams and companiesUpdate search leaders regarding market trends and changesAssist search leaders with shortlisting candidates using biographies and market knowledge to back decisionsPrepare candidates with the correct tools for an effective resignationMaintain network connections with placed candidatesWrite engagement letters, shortlists, appraisals, and all relevant documentation for projectsHelp with pitches, client meetings, presentations, and conferencesKeep Salesforce up to date with project progressWho You AreAs the Analyst, you must be an organised, motivated, and hardworking individual who can work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a people person who is comfortable dealing with different personalities.Experience in professional services is desirableAcute attention to detailA bright, innovative thinkerA team player who is comfortable taking ownership of their own tasksExceptional written and verbal communication skillsTiger is B Corp Certified.
