Our mission is to build and maintain innovative and unique desktop information services for the corporate sector within the Life Sciences, Oil & Gas and Power industries.What you will do:Our Databases and Analytics team within GlobalData Healthcare, Pharma requires an individual to help develop and refine the Price Intelligence (POLI) service providing insights into drug pricing and reimbursement of prescription medicines worldwide.Key responsibilities: Sales and Client Support- Provide, support and coordinate thought leadership in drug pricing, reimbursement and market access- Respond to client queries regarding the platform- Clarify, manage and successfully implement customer expectations- Support the sales team by participation in client meetings when requested- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape- Develop and update marketing materials- Participate in international consulting projects- Participate in the product development and innovation process for GlobalData’s pricing and reimbursement subscription productsKey responsibilities: Product Support- Work closely with local and offshore managers to ensure that project deliverables are met with high quality in supporting the Business Fundamentals databases- Understand pricing and reimbursement of medicines fundamentals to provide clear answers to clients and also help the data team whenever support is required- Support quality control of the databases- Produce monthly analyst briefings, white papers and any other reports required by the manager/companyWhat you will bring to the table- A post graduate degree (MSc or MBA) in Life Science, Business, or equivalent 1 year experience desirable- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical industry including regulations surrounding prescription medicines- Basic understanding of domestic and foreign corporate structure- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills- Expertise in using Excel and ability to produce PowerPoint presentations- High level of both written and verbal communication skills- Focus on quality, process improvements and attention to detail- Must be a team player and possess the ability to work well with global teams- Experience in client interactions (written, verbal by web meetings, face to face) is desirable- An experience in maintaining/managing a pharmaceutical database will be highly desirable- Willingness to travel overseas if necessary
