We are a differentiator in the market who provides the stability of a Bank and the flexibility of a Fintech, in order to deliver a payments solution to our clients as we continue transforming the Banking and Payments industry for the new economy.About the role We are looking to hire a skilled Analyst Commercial Expansion, to join our Commercial Expansion team in London, reporting to the Team Lead, Commercial Expansion.In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, senior management, and colleagues across the business to identify, plan, and deliver expansion opportunities, ranging from new market entries, new vertical entries, M&A deals, and partnerships. In addition, the team supports the CCO with critical projects within the commercial department, such as year-planning, KPI tracking and reporting, and process improvements.What you will be doingSupport the expansion team and Chief Commercial Officer in developing and executing the global expansion strategy/roadmap Drive the end-to-end management and delivery of expansion projects like market entries, new vertical entries, M&A deals, licence applications, and partnerships Conduct market research and strategic, commercial, and financial analyses Prepare high quality communication for internal and external stakeholders, including project plans/updates, presentations, proposals and decision memos Continuously identify opportunities for expansion, revenue growth, and business optimisation
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams such as sales, account management, legal, finance, product, and compliance What we are looking for To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have 1 – 3 years of experience with managing and delivering on strategic projects. Relevant experience within the FinTech and wider payments industry will be a plus.You are expected to have strong business acumen, a good understanding of finance, and proven project management skills. We expect you to have an analytical mindset with ability to structure, solve and communicate complex problems. Furthermore, you are well versed in both Excel and PowerPoint and have excellent written communication skills and ability to build strong relations with stakeholders.As a person you are a relentless and results oriented self-starter who goes the extra mile to get the job done. You are a team player that shows initiative, takes responsibility, and works diligently to deliver in time and to a high standard.As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English.
