Anaesthetic Practitioner

We are looking for an Anaesthetic Practitioner to join a fantastic Private Hospital based in London. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours a week across flexible shifts, Monday - Sunday, including short and long shifts. It comes with a salary of �42,000 and excellent benefits.

There will be many opportunities for professional growth and personal development, all fully funded and supported by the Hospital. They have a nationwide network of Practice-Based Educators and Learning & Development Practitioners to support training and development needs.

If you were to be successful in the Anaesthetic Practitioner position, the below is what you'd be expecting on a day-to-day basis:

• Assemble, check and prepare the appropriate anaesthetic equipment, emergency drugs and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures incorporating various types of anaesthesia
• Conduct mandatory patient safety checks in conjunction with the team and according to policy, including 'pause' before administration of regional anaesthesia, and assist the anaesthetist throughout the perioperative phase of care
• Work as part of the operating team to provide safe, quality care to the patient throughout the procedure.

To apply for this Anaesthetic Practitioner role, you must be a Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration. Twelve months of experience in a theatre setting is desirable but not essential.
