These roles will bemainlyhome basedwith travel (as required) across the county and to the Lincoln Office.About the Role Having developeda brand-new 24/7 AMHP service in 2022, theAMHP Team Managerwill have the opportunity to work closely with partners to shape what this service will look like, now and into the future. Working under the guidance of theArea Manager, you will be responsible for providing day to day leadership and support to practitioners working within the service ensuring sustainability, review, and improvement to meet the statutory requirements of the service. OurAMHPstell us that: “There is no better reward than to know you have supported, and in some situations, possibly helped to save someone's life.” A key objective of our new serviceAMHP serviceto ensure that our practitioners feelvaluedandsupportedin their role, so you will work with colleagues in our Workforce Development and Practice Development teams to oversee the development and implementation of a dedicated workforce plan forAMHPsand use quality assurance frameworks to drive improvements. You will coach, motivate, and lead the team, helping them to manage the day-to-day challenges of the role. At times, you will be required to work outside normal office working hours, to provide support to staff working different hours, and to provide on call support on a rota basis. About You You must be a qualified AMHP, so, you mustbe a registered social worker, mental health nurse, LD nurse, occupational therapist, or clinical psychologists who has successfully completed accredited post qualification training as anApproved Mental Health professional. You will be a confident leader and decision maker ideally with previous experience of managing a team. We’re looking forAMHP Team Managerswho are focussed on high quality service delivery, customer care and who are experienced in service improvement.
