We are seeking an exceptional Amenity Attendant to join the In Room Dining team atClaridges In Room Dining team.

Claridges has a famous all-day dining and Afternoon Tea restaurant the Foyer & Reading Room, LEpicerie that offers a culinary theatre of the kitchen, and three bars: Claridges Bar, the intimate Fumoir and effortlessly elegant Painters Room .
As an Amenity Attendant you will be responsible for:
Providing a prompt and professional service to colleagues and guests at all times
Preparing and delivering the fruit platters and daily guest specials, such as champagne and chocolates to all the rooms and suites
Delivering ice and keep track of all special deliveries made
Liaising with the necessary departments in order to prepare the mis-en-place for the daily specials.
Successful candidates for our Amenity Attendant opportunity will:
Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridges and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories
Be motivated, creative and have worked in a similar role, within a five star or fine dining environment.
You will have a passion for food and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
Be fluent in spoken and written English
Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests.
