The key role of the Whisky Ambassador is to support the Food and Beverage Operations Manager by taking ownership of specialist whisky bar. Your aim should be creating and ensuring a consistent beverage experience for our guests, exceeding expectations, and maintaining the highest service standards.
You are responsible for all the bar activities under the guidance of the F&B Ops Manager, including service, cost control and building our Whisky collection.
You will support the F&B Ops Manager by assisting in collaborations with Brand Ambassadors and suppliers.
You will identify opportunities to enhance quality standards regarding beverage, set up, presentation and atmosphere.
You are resilient and flexible to adapt your work schedule to the demands of the business
Proven experience 2+years of management within a quality bar, preferably within a luxury hotel environment .
Previous experience in a quality bar with a whisky focus is essential.
