ALN Teaching Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

� Collaborate with teachers to create and implement tailored support plans for students with additional learning needs.

� Provide one-on-one assistance and small group support to ensure individualised learning goals are met.

� Adapt and modify learning materials to cater to diverse learning styles.

� Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and progress of every student.

� Work closely with the ALN Coordinator and other professionals to implement effective strategies.

Requirements:

� Previous experience as an ALN Teaching Assistant is essential.

� Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff.

� Adaptability to support a variety of learning needs and styles.

� Empathy and a patient approach to working with students with additional learning needs.

� A genuine desire to contribute to the development and success of all students.
