vacancy y for one full time Allocations and Monitoring OfficerAbout the jobThe main function of the post will be, to assist the Allocations Team and partnership organisations with providing accurate data and reports, monitor allocation across the Common Waiting List and to be a liaison point between Cardiff Council and its Housing partners.What We Are Looking For From YouThe successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to produce reports and correspondence using software packages. In addition you will have excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly to follow complex procedures. You will also be able to work to strict deadlines and be extremely flexible.
