We are looking for passionate & chefs of all levels, looking for versatile work across pubs, restaurants & hotels to join our agency.
Pay Rates Vary depending on experience: �15-�18

Role Overview:
As an Agency Chef, you'll embark on a culinary journey that takes you to different venues, from bustling city restaurants to serene countryside pubs. Your passion for food and adaptability will be your greatest assets. Here's what the role entails:
Responsibilities:
Travel: Pack your knives and apron! You'll be sent to various locations, collaborating with our partner establishments. Whether it's a pop-up event, a corporate function, or everyday dinning.
Running the kitchen: running every section of the kitchen, leading the kitchen when required
Adaptability: Each kitchen has its rhythm and quirks. Adapt seamlessly to each individual restaurant.
Collaboration: Work closely with different teams of chefs.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and safety. Your attention to detail matters, no matter where you cook.
Requirements:
Agency Experience: Previous work in agency or freelance settings is a plus but not essential. Show us your versatility!
Travel-Ready: Have your own vehicle, or willing to use public transport, some sites will be tricky to reach via public transport so having your own vehicle would be beneficial.
Team Player: Collaborate, communicate, and create a dynamic kitchen workflow with fellow chefs and kitchen staff.
Certifications: Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are desirable.
