We are currently seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to support the WW Senior Commercial Performance Manager in our Central London offices.
Role
This role will support with the monitoring, optimisation and analysis of the Retail and Wholesale business performance and strategy. The ideal candidate is a pro-active analytical thinker with a commercial or financial background, who can transform performance and operational data into actionable insights. How will you contribute? Performance Insights & Benchmarking (to identify business opportunities)Use data to develop insights and identify opportunities for performance improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information and align on strategies.Analysing trends and forecasting, performance benchmarking, tracking Retail KPIs.Business reviews and ReportingResponsible for Retail Target Performance Weekly & Monthly Tracking.Support and provide guidance to Regional teams on analysis for Regional Performance Reviews.Supporting Commercial Performance Manager with reporting for Monthly Business Reviews.Wholesale budget planning and analysisResponsible for monitoring projected order values and category splits during Sales Campaign to support wholesale teams and ensure alignment with business strategy.Work closely with wholesale and finance teams to support and ensure alignment for wholesale budget planning.Responsible for client categorisation and upkeep for reporting flows.Data Integrity & ManagementResponsible for data accuracy across Wholesale and Retail Performance Tools.Responsible to manage data inputs and ensure validity of automated data for commercial reporting.Work with the wider teams to utilise and drive new measurement framework.Act as change agent through digitalising and optimising reporting solutions, enabling business managers across levels to gain valuable information about the performance and the trading of their business.Special projectsSupport and assist Commercial Performance Manager on ad hoc special projects such as incentive schemes, regional pilot programmes etc.Responsible for QA/test activities of new projects by ensuring acceptance criteria are well documented and have the appropriate level of coverage.Required Skills:You will be able to demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviours. Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics etc.)Experience with Excel, Powerpoint and Powerbi or similar data visualization tools.You will have strong research, data, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate actionable insights and turn complex analysis into meaningful recommendationsYou will have strong attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure.Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Understanding of the luxury/retail industry advantageous.Kering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
