Responsibilities:
Safety & Assurance:
- Act as a role model for Flight Safety awareness during airborne and ground operations.
- Follow and promote safety policies, processes, and procedures.
- Engage in the 'Safety Culture' by reporting hazards, 'near misses,' and completing mandatory training.
Our People:
- Build positive partnering relationships with stakeholders for effective and efficient training delivery.
- Act as a role model for the organizational values and promote diversity and inclusion at work.
Customers, Partners & Suppliers:
- Contribute to the successful delivery of the overall Flying Training Programme.
- Complete all daily events to support the Daily Flying Programme and enhance the training system.
Performance:
- Deliver airborne, synthetic, and technical instruction to meet specified standards.
- Overcome changing circumstances to maintain the best learning experience for trainees.
- Support the ongoing, safe delivery of training.
Financial:
- Maximize course completion and efficiency without compromising on safety or quality standards.
- Maintain awareness of the business strategy and support opportunities to grow our business.
Requirements:
- Proven flying ability in a Military environment.
- Current or previous Central Flying School Instructional Recommendation or Category.
- Evidence of medical fitness to undertake the role.
- Confidence in delivering training to diverse audiences in varying environments.
