Air Tightness TesterOur client is one of the top suppliers of testing, consulting, and assessment services to the UK building, remodelling, and development sectors. They are urgently looking for a trained Air Tightness Tester to join their team in the South East due to a significant increase in business.Requirements:A firm understanding of building regulations and the construction industry.A good degree of numerical ability.A relevant qualification in air tightness testing and a functional understanding of test guidelines and regulations are prerequisites.Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Familiarity with IT software packages.A valid driver's licence.Duties/Responsibilities:Communicating with stakeholders on-site.Gathering and evaluating test data and composing thorough reports.Giving remedial advice when and if tests are unsuccessful.Moving equipment from the lab to the testing location and assembling it.
