Air Freight Export Clerk (Pharma)

Looking for an experienced Air Freight Export Clerk to work as part of a busy team based in Colnbrook.You will be handling shipments from start to finish including quotations, dealing with overseas agents, export Customs Entries and invoicing.Occasionally arranging road freight shipments entries & 1 i's declarationsMinimum of 2 years Air Freight experience is essential and some knowledge of shipping pharmaceutical products would be an advantage.Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 6pmWorking Monday to Friday and there is an Export on call rota (1 week in 8) would include weekend coverage (remotely 6pm Friday -9am Friday) for which a generous call out allowance is paid.Pharma knowledge and experienceMin 2 years air export experienceBoxtop or Sequioa experience would be an advantage but not essential as training would begivenSalary is up to £37K plus call out allowance plus team bonus.29 days holiday including bank/public holidays If you would like more information please contact us today on -
