Are you an experienced Air Coordinator, Seeking a new opportunity?

Our Client, who are a forward thinking, well established freight forwarder are looking for an air freight coordinator to join their nights team.

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Feltham

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off 18.00 - 06.00

Salary: £25,000-£35,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the Import & Export of goods via air freight
Collaboration with various departments including customs, freight forwarding, and sales to ensure smooth coordination within the team.
Your job will be to provide updates to clients and internal teams on the transportation process- Monitoring and tracking shipments.
coordinate with customs authorities to ensure smooth and efficient clearance of imported goods.
Stay up to date with the latest import regulations, tariffs & trade agreements.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with Air import Operations- Knowledge of perishables is advantageous.
Proficiency in freight forwarding software systems
A strong team player, with the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of customs regulations- documentation & Shipping Procedures
