Air Export Coordinator

Bennett and Game are currently working with a Global Logistics company actively seeking a highly skilled Air Export Coordinator to join their Horsham location.

Our client work within Air, Sea & Road freight, offering short and long-term storage, warehousing and European distribution services. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a self-motivated Export Operator to join their team.

Air Export Coordinator Position Overview

Within this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Air Export movements (including customs). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Air & Sea freight. Previous experience/knowledge of the industry and be dealing with all the clients ensuring their shipments are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

You will be creating all required documents and be dealing with all the customs entries and be fully confident in coordinating the movements of all shipments.

Air Export Coordinator Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Air Freight
• Preferably have working experience of Boxtop system
• Experience of both imports and exports - desirable
• Be fully confident in coordinating the movement of all shipments, customs clearances and deliveries.
• Creating all required documentation (MAWB/HAWB, customs entries etc)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Excellent written and communication skills

Air Export Coordinator Position Remuneration

• Salary: �30k - �35k
• Monday - Friday (9:00 - 17:30).
• 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
