Air Conditioning Supervisor

Role Summary:We are looking for a reliable and experienced AC engineer to carry out service maintenance works on high-end commercial sites across Greater London. The successful candidate will provide a professional service to our clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.You will be the Air Conditioning Supervisor for the area so your week will be split between these duties and working on the tools.Location: Mobile - Greater LondonMain Duties & Responsibilities:Attend and complete PPMs & Reactive works as scheduled including breakdownsHave install experience (retrofit/system replacements)Troubleshooting/ Fault finding on all A/C systemsTo produce quotations for works /remedials following service visitsTo work on Splits, VRFS, AHUs and DX systems and some Central PlantTo be able to work alone and with other team members when necessaryWill be mobile role across Greater LondonComplete all FGAS paperwork on sites and update logbooks in client premisesTo be part of the Out of Hours Call Out RotaRole includes Van, Uniform PDA and Mobile PhoneEssential Qualifications and Experience:C&G 2079 Cat1NVQ Level 3 or similarF-GasGood Mechanical & Electrical BackgroundMust have experience in a similar roleKnowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairsSound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activitiesMust be prepared to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled callout rotaHave good communication and organisation skillsUK Driving LicenseGood understanding of IT packages including Outlook, Word etcEmployee Benefits:Overtime x1.5 on weekday and x2 on weekends + day in lieu on bank holidaysStandby rate is £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata into shifts for shift workers)Ability to buy and sell holidays buy 5 days & sell 2 daysLife assuranceAuto-enrolment company pension schemeEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Cycle to work schemePurchase an electric vehicle via salary sacrificeEmployee discounts with various brandsLearning and development programs, training and career opportunities.About Us:Were Integral, part of JLL.
