Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Air conditioning and Refrigeration engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
The engineer will be expected to undertake planned maintenance, reactive service, attend breakdowns and fault find on various systems including:
Refrigeration on counter fridges/freezers, blast chillers, cold rooms, cellar coolers, ice machines, bottle fridges, multi decks refrigeration plant etc.
Air conditioning on VRV’s, VRF’s, Splits & Multi Splits, FCU’s and AHU’s.
They will be expected to maintain the levels of stock on their van and liaise with suppliers. Our expectation is that you are experienced in the majority of the above and not everything.
Candidates must also meet the following requirements:
Level 2 City & Guilds 2079 F Gas Category 1 or equivalent
Level 2 City & Guilds 6187 – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Clean Full Driving Licence
Must be accountable, organised, strong time management and work off own initiative effectively.
Customer focused with the ability to converse directly with our clients in a clear, presentable, personable & knowledgeable manner.
‘Can do’ attitude with the aptitude to continue to develop their skill set.
Clear communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong Diagnostic Skills
Positive team work ethic with confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
Strong management skills desirable
The ideal candidate will live ideally North London/Home Counties
Willing to work in areas outside main district as and when required
Must be comfortable using technological devices to log jobs
IPAF and PASMA desirable but not essential

Start Date: Immediate Start
Job Location: Mobile - Home Counties/North London
Numeration Package: £40,000 - £50,000 Annual salary. This is subject to experience and qualifications.
Experience: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning: 5 years minimum
Working Hours: Normal working hours are 40 per week, Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 4:00pm. Overtime available. The hours of work on each day will vary depending on the project and access times. Weekend and out of hours work may also be required.
