ISQ Recruitment is looking to recruit an Agricultural Fitter to join our clients friendly maintenance team in South Norfolk, this is a great opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of machinery used in the agricultural world , the successful candidate will be able to provide a high-quality repair and maintenance service, able to work on your own initiative and also be part of the workshop team.
Own transport required due to location.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Day-to-day responsibility (including Health and Safety) for the effective maintenance of the equipment, this includes good housekeeping and correct use of PPE.
• Helping farm staff with in-field breakdowns.
• Ensure all assets have 3 monthly planned preventative maintenance.
• Ensure reactive jobs are completed in an efficient, safe, and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure that maintenance records are completed and administered correctly.
• Able to work and operate well within a team, but also confident to use own initiative when required.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
• Clean driving licence.
• Hydraulics experience desirable.
