Your Role
As an Agricultural Service Engineer, you'll find yourself:
Entrusted with the repair and upkeep of world-class agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines.
Maintaining meticulous records for all tasks and services rendered.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, ensuring all machinery is safe to use and operates in line with the manufacturer's guidelines.
Demonstrating and fitting machinery as and when required.
Collaborating effectively with service and workshop managers to achieve tight schedules.
Travelling to various customer locations around your base depot for servicing and repair duties. (A full driving licence is mandatory)
The Perfect Fit
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Land Based Engineering, or an equivalent in HGV, Plant, or Construction.
Exceptional communication skills, able to interact with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
Keen to undertake any supplementary training, including specialised manufacturer training to continually update and refine skills.
Seasoned in operating agricultural machinery and open to working additional hours during peak farming seasons.
Adept at problem-solving, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines.
