Agile Delivery Lead

Job Description*Please note, people can either be based out of York, London or Colchester offices (in the office as and when required but no set remit)*Candour are partnered with a global leader in insurance, as they undertake a huge technology transformation project across their entire estate.We're looking for an Agile Delivery Lead with experience working on enterprise-scale IT services projects, who can provide vision for agile practices across the entire IT services division. You will have responsibility for activities of squads across the division, working with infrastructure and end-user experience teams. You will own the delivery of agile processes, continuously improving the company's agile way of working.You will need:Three years in an agile role - Project Manager/ Agile Coach/ Agile Delivery Lead/ Delivery Manager/ Scrum MasterExtensive knowledge of agile practices (Scrum/ Lean/ Kanban)Proven background in delivering change in a commercial environmentNice to have:Insurance or financial services experienceExposure to large-scale agile transformation
