Agile Delivery Lead - Project Manager
£45,000-£50,000 + Bens (Bonus, Pension - up to 16%, 20% L&D time EVERY week)

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead, who will play a key role in designing and building innovative systems and products to transform the digital future of their brands. You'll maybe be a relatively Junior ADL, Project Manager or Scrum Master with 1-2 years experience in managing agile delivery through multi-disciplinary teams in a CE/CI/CD environment that's looking to grow professionally or get stuck into more challenging aspects of delivery.
You'll have commercial experience successfully applying Agile/Scrum/XP practices and techniques whilst coaching teams. Naturally you will be an Agile/Lean advocate with experience of the full lifecycle, from high-quality User Stories and UX, working closely with the product teams and driving standards and improved efficiency across multiple projects whilst also arranging and leading all daily stand-up activities, sprint planning, demos and retrospective follow on meetings.
Working within a CI/CD environment you will work with all parts of the business on complex real world challenges supporting the delivery of future projects and products using your experience with agile methodologies, learning and iterating frequently. In this role, you'll be contributing to truly innovative and industry leading products, so it's a chance to step out of your comfort zone and embrace highly complex globally used digital platforms.
