Role: Aftermarket Sales Manager
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and incentives
Location: Scotland
We are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager for Scotland to work with, motivate and develop the companies dealer network, responsible for delivering parts and service sales revenue and profitability.
About the role
Collaborate with dealers to achieve annual sales targets and profit forecasts for parts by developing and implementing a structured aftermarket sales and marketing plan.
Build commercial proposals and strategies to win new customer business.
Monitor competitor activity and review this with dealers to decide upon action to resolve lost sales.
Ensure customers interests are represented and communicated within the business; focus on visiting dealers and customers.
Develop the aftermarket capability of your dealers, including training, stock management, marketing, using internal systems and introducing new products to the market.
Seek new product opportunities and feedback to the product team.
Liaise with dealer departments to maximise service contract penetration, service penetration, machine health checks and renewals.
Carry out regular reviews with dealer aftermarket teams, as well as senior dealer reviews half yearly.
Identify business opportunities within the dealer network to further customer retention.
Create dealer bespoke proposals aimed at business growth, working in partnership with the dealer management team to maximise incremental sales opportunities.
Conduct monthly business reviews with the dealer network to analyse monthly performance and create detailed action plans to enhance performance in all areas, using trackers, and other tools.
Annual Business planning and target setting at regional level to support the overall global target.
Working as the conduit for dealer queries across all aftermarket areas
Supporting dealer growth ambitions, and providing clarity of performance against incentives
Developing people across the dealer network.
Provide consistent, high-quality communication to the dealer network of changes, new programmes, and opportunities.
Apply
